Hands-on experience with Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Jinja2 Templates, Inventories)
Network Automation using:
Netmiko
NAPALM
Paramiko
Nornir
TextFSM / Genie
Strong networking fundamentals:
TCP/IP
Routing (BGP, OSPF)
Switching (VLAN, STP)
DNS, DHCP
ACL, NAT
Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab
YAML, JSON
Linux Administration and Shell Scripting
Good to Have:
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet environments
REST API Integration
YANG Data Models
Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
DevNet / CCNP Certifications
Essential:
Develop and maintain Ansible automation solutions for network configuration and compliance.
Create reusable Python scripts and modules for network automation.
Automate network provisioning, backup, validation, and change deployment activities.
Integrate automation frameworks with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage multi-vendor network environments and automate operational tasks.
Develop REST API integrations for network devices and platforms.
Perform troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Create technical documentation and automation standards.
Collaborate with Network, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
