Logan Talent is partnering with a fast-growing international technology company to appoint a senior operations leader for a high-impact global role.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and helping a scaling organisation operate with greater consistency, clarity and discipline.
The business operates across multiple markets, locations and functions, and is looking for an experienced leader who can strengthen the global operating model as it continues to grow.
Working closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology and Commercial, you will help translate strategic priorities into effective execution and ensure the organisation has the right processes, capacity, governance and operating rhythm to scale successfully.
The opportunity
You will take a leading role in shaping how the organisation operates globally.
The remit combines operating-model design, execution, resource planning, governance and cross-functional leadership.
You will be expected to identify where complexity is slowing the business down, improve how teams work together and create greater clarity around priorities, ownership and performance.
This is not a purely strategic role. The right person will be comfortable operating at senior level while also getting into the detail when needed to solve operational challenges.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop the global operations strategy
Build scalable operating models, governance frameworks and processes
Improve alignment across Product, Technology, Commercial and Operations
Drive capacity and resource planning across multiple locations
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Provide senior leadership with clear operational insight and recommendations
Strengthen accountability, execution and cross-functional ways of working
Improve consistency across markets while allowing for local flexibility
Build a culture focused on ownership, pace and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
Significant senior operations experience within a large, international organisation
Strong exposure to technology, digital products or product-led businesses
Experience working closely with Product and Technology teams
A strong track record of scaling teams, processes and operating structures
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical, hands-on leadership style
The ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and detailed execution
Experience in fast-paced, regulated or highly complex environments would be particularly relevant
Location
There may also be flexibility for remote working across a number of European locations.
This is a full-time senior leadership opportunity within a highly international, technology-led organisation.
