Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for KGK Group’s on-site workforce in Jaipur in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, workforce planning, and developing policies that align with organizational goals and local regulations. The role will handle performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will administer compensation and benefits, support learning and development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves partnering with business leaders on organizational development initiatives, HR analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Candidates should possess skills in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and engagement, such as conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace culture building.
Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development and compliance, including knowledge of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
Candidates should possess skills in organizational development and talent management, including succession planning, learning and development, and change management.
Candidates should possess skills in HR data analysis and reporting, including use of HRIS tools and interpretation of workforce metrics for decision-making.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or global corporate environment.
