Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Morena. The Sales Associate will engage with existing and potential customers, present product information, answer queries, and support the sales process from initial contact to order closure. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and supporting documentation related to export shipments. The role involves monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to customer retention efforts through consistent and professional communication. The Sales Associate will also assist in preparing basic reports and ensuring that company sales policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, including clear verbal and written communication.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with an interest in learning structured sales processes and techniques.
Comfort with using computers and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and documentation tools).
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending items.
Ability to work on-site in Morena, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
