The role will serve as the custodian of capability building, workforce forecasting, performance discipline, employeeengagement initiatives, and early-tenure employee stabilization across the enterprise.
Build annual capability calendar aligned to business priorities.
Design blended learning journeys (classroom, digital, field immersion).
Institutionalize first-line manager capability programs.
Own end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) lifecycle 3000+Emps
Ensure KPI alignment with productivity and business goals.
Frontline Capability & Early Tenure Stabilization
Drive succession visibility and internal mobility frameworks
Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy (Talent Management)
Analyses engagement survey outputs and design targeted interventions.
Create performance-linked recognition frameworks.
Structured communication initiatives to reinforce capability culture
Workforce Analytics & Productivity Insights (Dashboards & Analytics)
Preferred: working experience in the Southern region
Strong communication and influencing skills
Expertise in Performance Management & Talent Review frameworks
