Finance and Accounting Intern

Job Description:
The role focuses on accounting, financial planning and analysis, and business analysis. As a Finance & Accounting Intern at the company, you will gain hands-on exposure to the financial strategies that power a global technology organization, learning how financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis support innovation, growth, and transformation. The internship takes place in Summer.
Program Highlights:
The company Intern program runs from late May to early August.
Responsibilities:
Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills.
Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with the company’s global executive leadership team, and gain insight into career paths within Finance.
The experience culminates at the company's Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.
Refine forecasting and budgeting skills to support business planning and investment decisions.
Strengthen financial acumen through analysis of financial results, KPIs, and business performance.
Apply finance concepts to real business challenges involving costs, profitability, and cash flow management.
Build experience with financial reporting processes that support accurate and timely business insights.
Translate data into actionable recommendations through analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated interest in financial analysis, business performance, and data-driven decision-making.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively; experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
