About the Bohemian Collection
The Bohemian Collection is a group of boutique hotels on the island of Paros, Greece — each expressing a unique sense of Paros charm and relaxed island living.
Comprising Mythic Paros (41 rooms), Sandaya Luxury Suites (19 rooms), and Bohemian Luxury Boutique Hotel (16 rooms), the collection is defined by natural beauty, contemporary design, and authentic Greek hospitality.
As the collection continues to strengthen its commercial foundations, we are seeking a Director of Sales & Revenue to lead our sales, revenue, and travel trade strategy across the group.
(The role also extends oversight to three smaller sister properties - Acoya Residence in Aliki, Reya Suites in Aliki and Parosquare in Parikia - ensuring brand and revenue alignment across the full portfolio.)
The Role
The Director of Sales & Revenue oversees all revenue-generating activity across the Bohemian Collection.
This hybrid position combines sales leadership, revenue management, and distribution strategy, with a focus on building long-term relationships with travel partners and increasing market visibility.
Working closely with the management team, marketing, and reservations, the role ensures commercial cohesion - from OTA performance to agency partnerships, affiliations, and trade events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships
Develop and execute the annual sales and affiliation strategy for the Bohemian Collection.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs in Greece and abroad.
Negotiate seasonal contracts, preferred agreements, and affiliations with key travel partners.
Plan and host B2B events and familiarisation trips for agents and collaborators.
Identify and coordinate participation in travel trade exhibitions and networking events to expand brand reach.
Revenue & Distribution
Lead the rate and revenue management strategy for the core hotels and oversee alignment across sister properties.
Oversee OTA listings, promotions, and rate integrity through PrimalRes, Libra (preferably) and PMS systems.
Analyze booking pace, demand trends, and competitor activity to recommend tactical actions.
Produce monthly performance reports covering channel mix, ADR, RevPAR, and conversion.
Optimize distribution channels and ensure consistency between direct, OTA, and B2B sales.
Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with marketing to ensure offers, OTA promotions, and digital campaigns are consistent across all properties.
Support the creation of B2B materials and brand assets for trade communication.
Provide input on photography, descriptions, and online content relevant to commercial visibility.
Team Collaboration
Oversee the reservations team from a commercial standpoint, ensuring best practices in upselling and conversion.
Visit Paros periodically to view rooms, connect with property teams, host partners, and experience each brand first-hand.
Report monthly to ownership on performance, key trends, and partnership development.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, revenue, or distribution management within a boutique or lifestyle hotel environment.
Proven experience managing OTAs, agency relationships, and travel trade partnerships.
Strong analytical mindset with a grasp of pricing and yield management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident representing the brand externally.
Fluent in English; Greek and additional languages an advantage.
Based in Greece or EU, with flexibility to travel to Paros a few times per year.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Annual Bonus: Based on revenue and occupancy performance
Location: Mostly Remote (on-site meetings while onboarding & on adhoc basis)
Additional benefits:
Travel and accommodation provided during Paros visits
