Account Manager

Position Summary:
This role focuses on sales. The company’s Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. There are two tracks available: Associate Account Manager and Associate Technical Consultant. This posting is for the Associate Account Manager role. After completion of the training program, Associates are placed in one of the company's field sales offices across North America.
Position Responsibilities:
Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with the company. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, Associate Account Managers are based in one of the company's field sales offices across the US and call on customers all over North America.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. The company will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
A valid US drivers license.
Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 cumulative GPA.
Previous intern experience with the company, the company's Partner Network, or the company's customer.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees (graduating in December 2025 or Spring 2026, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2026).
Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or customer-facing role.
Must be location flexible.
Experience and knowledge with technical skills and/or domains.
You quickly understand complicated subjects and enjoy explaining them in a straightforward way.
You recognize customer needs and provide insights in proposing solutions and facilitating change.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $74,000–$76,000 per year.
