What You Will Do
Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff in person and over the phone.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
