Role Description The Project Manager role at GoEzyLift Tech Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. Typical day-to-day activities include developing project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and coordinating with expeditors, inspection teams, logistics, and suppliers to keep deliverables on schedule. The role involves leading cross-functional meetings, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and clients. The Project Manager is expected to drive process improvements, support resource planning, and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in Expeditor and Expediting activities to monitor and accelerate vendor and supplier deliverables.
Inspection knowledge to coordinate quality checks, compliance reviews, and technical documentation.
Logistics Management capabilities to oversee material movement, delivery timelines, and coordination with logistics partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and manage client interactions.
Experience in engineering, construction, industrial equipment, or related sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (such as MS Project, Excel, or similar) and standard office software.
