Role Description The Site Engineer role at JSSPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with civil engineers and project stakeholders, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards. The Site Engineer will monitor structural work, supervise contractors, conduct inspections, and prepare basic site reports or updates for management. The role requires frequent communication with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues quickly and maintain safe, efficient site operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working in field-based engineering or construction environments.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Candidates should possess quality control capabilities, including monitoring work, verifying compliance with standards, and documenting issues.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and practical understanding of civil engineering principles.
Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation, and to use basic engineering and measurement tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Prior experience in site engineering, construction management, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
