BIM Modeler

Role Description The BIM Modeler at Nextwatt is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasaragod. This position is responsible for developing, updating, and coordinating Building Information Models for electrical and related infrastructure projects, ensuring design accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying 2D and 3D construction drawings, integrating architectural and MEP inputs into BIM models, and maintaining model standards and documentation. The BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to support feasibility studies, detailed engineering, and project execution. The role also involves reviewing models and drawings for consistency, resolving clashes, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and practices.
