Role Description The ITI Machine Grand role is a full-time, on-site position located in Amravati. The role involves operating and monitoring ITI-grade machines, setting up equipment according to job specifications, and ensuring accurate, efficient production. Day-to-day tasks include checking machine parameters, performing basic maintenance, identifying minor issues, and reporting technical problems to supervisors. The professional in this role will follow safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness around machines, and document production activities as required. Collaboration with other machine operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet daily targets and quality standards is expected.
Qualifications
ITI certification or equivalent vocational training in a relevant mechanical or electrical trade.
Foundational knowledge of industrial machinery operation, setup, and safety procedures.
Ability to read basic technical instructions, measurements, and production drawings.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new machine processes.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine machine operation tasks.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a production team.
Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing unit, or similar industrial environment is an advantage.
