We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and communicative English Speaking Trainer to facilitate interactive, conversation-focused courses for adult learners.
Our programs focus on real-world communication, confidence-building, and active speaking practice rather than traditional lecture-style teaching or heavy grammar drills. You will lead dynamic group sessions where students feel comfortable opening up, sharing ideas, and actively developing their speaking fluency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate Interactive Sessions: Lead engaging, discussion-based group lessons for adult learners.
2. Guide & Manage Group Dynamics: Comfortably moderate larger group settings, ensuring active participation and balanced floor time for all students.
3. Active Listening & Feedback: Actively listen to student interactions and provide constructive, real-time feedback on fluency, vocabulary, and phrasing without disrupting their confidence.
4. Create a Safe Environment: Foster a supportive, stress-free space where adult learners feel confident making mistakes and speaking up.
5. Maintain Consistency: Follow structured lesson topics/frameworks while bringing energy, adaptability, and real-life context to every session.
What We Are Looking For
✅ Proven Group Experience: Prior experience teaching or facilitating larger group courses (preferably with adult learners).
✅ Exceptional Communication Skills: C2 / Native-level English proficiency with strong, engaging interpersonal skills.
✅ Active Listener: Exceptional ability to hear beyond simple errors, understand student intent, and guide conversations naturally.
✅Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect with adult learners, adapt to varying confidence levels, and break down communication barriers.
✅Tech-Savvy & Reliable: Comfortable using online teaching tools (Zoom, digital whiteboards, community channels) and maintaining a reliable remote setup (stable high-speed internet, quality headset/microphone, and camera).
