Salesperson

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong customer approach, and the ability to work in a field sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
Conduct field visits to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Generate leads through local market activities and customer references.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth business operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in BFSI, banking, insurance, or financial services will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
