Role Description The Research and Development Chemist will work full time on-site at Effeza Science Pvt Ltd in Vasai, performing laboratory-based analyzing test results, documenting methods and findings, and supporting scale-up from laboratory to production. The role involves close collaboration with quality control and production teams to resolve technical issues, improve product performance, and ensure adherence to internal standards and customer requirements. The chemist will maintain laboratory equipment, follow safety and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, testing protocols, and product lines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting in a laboratory and production context.
Solid laboratory skills, including sample preparation, handling of chemicals, use of analytical instruments, and adherence to safety procedures.
Background in quality control, with experience in test methods, specification compliance, and documentation of results.
Relevant degree in Analytical Chemistry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and basic statistical analysis for experimental data is an advantage.
