• Partner with executive leadership to develop product strategies, annual business plans, long-term roadmaps, and strategic investment priorities.
• Translate organizational objectives into product initiatives, measurable targets, resource plans, implementation timelines, and performance expectations.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify product opportunities and strategic priorities.

• Collaborate with Finance to develop product business cases, financial projections, budget requirements, resource estimates, and investment assessments.
• Establish planning frameworks for product prioritization, strategic initiative evaluation, resource allocation, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Develop product and business performance dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting structures to monitor progress against strategic objectives.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, market demand, commercial results, and execution progress to identify areas requiring strategic adjustment.
• Conduct scenario analysis, market assessments, and business impact evaluations to support product-related decisions and long-term planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning initiatives involving Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments.
• Identify strategic dependencies, execution risks, resource constraints, and planning gaps that may affect product development or business performance.
• Establish regular planning reviews to assess progress, adjust priorities, resolve execution challenges, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Prepare executive presentations, strategic recommendations, business cases, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Evaluate potential partnerships, external capabilities, and market opportunities that may strengthen the product portfolio or support business expansion.
• Develop standardized processes for product planning, business forecasting, strategic reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Work with Operations and other business leaders to ensure that product strategies are supported by appropriate operational capabilities and implementation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency, decision-making processes, cross-functional coordination, and resource utilization.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Product Strategy & Business Planning team as organizational requirements expand.
• Maintain a high standard of analytical rigor, commercial judgment, accountability, and execution discipline across product and business planning activities.
