🚨 WE ARE HIRING | STATE HEAD – AFFORDABLE HOME LOANS – MUMBAI
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Channel: DSA / MOD Channel
🏠 Business: Affordable Home Loans & LAP
We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead and scale the DSA / MOD Channel business for Mumbai.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Drive Affordable Home Loans & LAP business through the DSA / MOD channel.
* Build, manage and expand strong DSA / channel partner relationships.
* Lead teams and drive Login, Sanction, Disbursal & Cheque Handover productivity.
* Develop new markets and strengthen the existing partner network.
* Coach and mentor BSM/CSM/RM teams to achieve business targets.
* Ensure quality growth, strong execution and portfolio discipline.
👤 Ideal Candidate
* 10+ years of relevant experience in Affordable Housing / Home Loans / LAP.
* Strong experience in DSA / Channel Business.
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering business growth.
* Strong Mumbai market and DSA network will be an advantage.
* Candidates currently serving notice period will be preferred.
* High ownership, strong leadership and result-oriented mindset.
