Company Description Crystal Clear, operating as CCRX, is a Management Services Organization (MSO) powering a new generation of wellness brands through turnkey medical wellness solutions. The company specializes in the peptide industry, connecting partners to sales, software, telehealth, and exclusive 503A/503B compounding pharmacy relationships. Through a white-label partnership program, CCRX enables influencers, gyms, med spas, and wellness brands to offer comprehensive membership programs that keep their own brand front-facing while CCRX manages fulfillment, telehealth, logistics, and support behind the scenes. Its platform connects members to licensed prescribing providers within seconds for live video consults, delivering concierge protocols for GLP-1s, peptides, NAD, and other wellness therapies, plus education and ongoing support. With no inventory, staffing, or licensing required, partners can launch health and longevity memberships quickly and scale with recurring revenue and real-time dashboards.
Role Description The Membership Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the growth, engagement, and retention of CCRX member communities across partner brands. This role oversees the design and optimization of membership structures, pricing, benefits, and processes to support scalable, high-quality wellness experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing membership strategies with internal stakeholders and partners, analyzing membership performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention. The Membership Director will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end membership journey, including onboarding, communication cadence, and support workflows. The role also involves managing membership-related budgets, forecasting revenue, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with partners to align membership offerings with their brand and business goals.
