Director of Investor Relations

Role Description The Director of Investor Relations is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing an investor relations strategy that supports Provident Partners Bookkeeping LLC’s financial and growth objectives. This role manages relationships with current and prospective investors, responds to inquiries, and ensures consistent, transparent communication about company performance and outlook. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, drafting press releases and financial updates, coordinating investor meetings and calls, and supporting fundraising or capital-raising activities. The Director will collaborate closely with finance and leadership teams to analyze financial performance, develop financial models, and translate complex data into clear narratives for investors. This position also monitors market trends, competitive activity, and investor sentiment to inform leadership and refine communication strategies.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in investor relations and experience managing relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in finance, including interpreting financial statements and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investor presentations and strategic decisions.
Ability to draft clear, accurate press releases and investor communications tailored to financial and business updates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in accessible terms.
Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or investment-related role; prior work with small businesses or professional services firms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential financial and investor information.
