Healthcare Software Implementation Executive

We are developing Matri, software for Indian outpatient clinics covering documentation, appointments, prescriptions, labs and follow-up.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently demonstrate software to doctors, train clinic staff and help clinics get started.
What you’ll do
• Visit clinics and demonstrate Matri.
• Configure clinic accounts and train doctors and receptionists.
• Coordinate onboarding and follow up with clinics.
• Handle basic software support and report issues to our technical team.
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years of experience implementing or supporting clinic/hospital software.
• Fluent Marathi and Hindi, with good English communication.
• Comfortable using computers, browsers and printers.
• Willingness to travel locally across Pune.
• Patient communication and dependable follow-through.
Compensation: ₹25,000/month fixed + up to ₹2,500 per successfully onboarded clinic, under defined milestone terms. Approved local travel expenses reimbursed separately.
Initial demonstrations and training use synthetic patient data.
