Role Description The Project Manager Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for overseeing sales and marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of coating solutions and services to customers. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing project timelines, monitoring logistics and inspection processes, and expediting orders to meet customer commitments. The Project Manager will also support sales strategies, prepare proposals, maintain client communication, and provide regular status updates and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor, ensuring timely follow-up, order tracking, and delivery management.
Knowledge of inspection processes related to industrial products or coatings, with attention to quality and compliance.
Logistics management skills, including coordination of shipments, inventory, and vendor interactions.
Background in sales or marketing, preferably in paints, coatings, or related industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in basic project management and office software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience is highly valued.
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
