Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals to source talent.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate the recruitment process to ensure smooth and timely closures.
- Demonstrate ownership, leadership, and accountability in meeting recruitment targets.
- Support basic marketing activities, employer branding, and candidate outreach wherever required.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the pharma, healthcare, or medical sector.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Leadership qualities, initiative, and a result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, outreach, or employer branding will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
Compensation
- Performance-based commission: 5%–7% of the selected candidate’s CTC.
- Commission will depend on the agreed terms and successful placement closures.
