We are looking for passionate and ambitious Business Development (BD) and Product Lead (PMF) talents to join our early core team.

Build and expand Clawhunt’s business partnership ecosystem across AI products, enterprises, developers, and strategic partners.
Own the full partnership lifecycle, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and partnership execution.
Identify emerging opportunities in the AI Agent ecosystem and discover new business scenarios.
Develop relationships with enterprise customers, ecosystem partners, developer communities, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market opportunities into scalable solutions.
Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or ecosystem growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently identify opportunities and execute partnerships from scratch.
Strong interest and understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and future trends.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in AI, SaaS, developer platforms, or technology startups.
Existing enterprise, investor, developer, or ecosystem connections.
Experience building partnerships in early-stage companies.
Product Lead (PMF)Responsibilities
Lead product discovery and validation from early concepts to product-market fit.
Conduct user research, identify market needs, and define product strategy.
Build product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive execution with engineering and design teams.
Develop user feedback loops and continuously optimize product direction based on data and market insights.
Define growth strategies and help transform early products into scalable businesses.
Work closely with the founding team to shape Clawhunt’s product vision.
Requirements
2+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, developer tools, or consumer technology.
Strong understanding of user needs, product strategy, and market validation.
Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and driving execution.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
Passion for AI and building products that create real-world impact.
Nice to Have
Experience launching or scaling AI products.
Startup founding or early-stage company experience.
Experience with global markets and developer ecosystems.
