Role: Kafka Administration
Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years
Location: Chennai ,Bangalore, Hyderabad
Must Have:
Kafka Administrator who should be able to perform complete admin work in Kafka and Unix activities.
Designing, developing, and managing Kafka-based data pipelines.
Working with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Storm.
Monitoring and optimizing Kafka clusters.
Troubleshooting Kafka related issues.
Handling customer queries and support.
Performing administrator support for Kafka infrastructure..
Good to Have:
Maintaining the availability, performance and security of Kafka infrastructure.
Developing and maintaining the automation for Kafka infrastructure.
Creating and managing Kafka topics, producers, consumers, and Python-based Kafka consumers and producers to enable efficient data processing with other systems.
Essential:
Experience in other messaging systems such as IBM MQ or Rabbit MQ.
Experience in the Atlassian stack tools Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket (GIT).
Experience in Jenkins automation development.
Experience in the scripting languages shell and python.
Experience in the operating systems Linux (RedHat and/or SuSE) and Windows Server.
Experience in search engines such as Elasticsearch.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
