Job Type: Freelance / Monthly Retainer
Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)
About Heal with Anuja
Heal with Anuja focuses on shamanic healing, ancestral healing, mediumship, and holistic wellbeing.
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and highly organised Instagram Content Manager & Video Editor who can independently manage our content production, editing, and publishing.
Anuja will lead the overall content strategy, messaging, and creative direction. We need someone who can translate that vision into engaging, high-quality Instagram content.
Monthly Deliverables
* 12-14 Instagram Reels – Editing, subtitles, covers, captions, and publishing.
* 12-14 Carousels – Content development, copywriting, design, and publishing.
* 45 Instagram Stories – Planning, designing, and publishing.
* Review Management – Responding to reviews and relevant public feedback.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit raw videos provided by Anuja into engaging, high-quality reels.
* Design visually appealing carousels and Instagram stories.
* Research content trends, hooks, and formats relevant to our audience.
* Suggest creative content ideas aligned with Anuja’s strategy.
* Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action.
* Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
* Schedule and publish content consistently.
* Respond to Google reviews professionally while maintaining client confidentiality.
* Monitor Instagram analytics and provide monthly performance insights.
* Maintain a consistent, authentic, and premium brand identity.
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing Instagram accounts, preferably personal brands.
* Strong video editing skills
* Proficiency in Canva or other design tools.
* Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual design skills.
* Good understanding of Instagram trends, engagement, and content performance.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of execution.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience working with wellness, spirituality, coaching, education, or other expert-led personal brands is a plus.
