Commission-Only Sales Associate | Solar PV & Borehole Solutions | Gauteng / North West / Mpumalanga
AgriSon Solar (Pty) Ltd is hiring 3 Commission-Only Sales Associates — one seat each for Gauteng (Pretoria East), North West, and Mpumalanga.
This is not a salaried role. You earn pure commission. No basic salary. No draw. No guaranteed income.

What you’ll sell
Solar PV systems and solar-powered borehole / water solutions for farms, commercial properties, and body corporates. High-ticket B2B. Technical products. Real site visits. Real deals.
Who this is for
Someone who has already closed measurable sales, preferably high-ticket B2B in solar, renewables, water, agriculture, energy, or similar commercial/technical sales. Someone who can build their own pipeline. Someone based in or able to cover one of: Gauteng, North West, or Mpumalanga.
Hard requirements
- Comfortable with 100% commission and a track record of working that way
- Proven, measurable sales results (deals closed, revenue, average deal size — not “years of experience”)
- Able to generate own leads, not wait for company-fed leads
- Able to work and travel within your assigned province
- Willing to work without a salary safety net
- State clearly which province you’re applying for (Gauteng / North West / Mpumalanga)
Compensation
Pure commission only. No basic. No draw. No guaranteed income.
