Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator cum Telecaller to handle apartment sales enquiries, follow up with prospective buyers, arrange site visits, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain apartment configurations, pricing, amenities, and payment plans using approved project information.
Understand buyers’ requirements and schedule site visits.
Follow up with leads, site visitors, and interested customers.
Coordinate with the sales team on appointments, bookings, and customer documentation.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM or Excel.
Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
Work towards agreed calling and site-visit targets.
Requirements
Min. 1-2 Years of Experience in Apartment Sales
Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
Confidence in making calls and following up with customers.
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales support, or real estate is preferred.
Ability to explain project details clearly and maintain accurate records.
