Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Lead Generation Specialist. In this position, the intern will identify and qualify new leads through online research, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels. Day-to-day tasks include building and updating lead lists, initiating contact with prospects via email, calls, or messaging, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign-driven outreach. The intern will track lead interactions, maintain accurate records in CRM or spreadsheets, and help refine lead-generation strategies based on performance data. This role offers hands-on experience with digital marketing services and an opportunity to learn how a full-service agency drives growth for clients.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in New Leads and Lead Generation, including identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
Strong Communication and Sales skills for engaging potential clients and supporting follow-ups with the sales team.
Solid Research skills to gather prospect data, analyze market segments, and identify relevant decision-makers.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools, CRM or lead-tracking software, and basic productivity platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, shared docs).
Interest in digital marketing, social media, and online branding; prior exposure to these areas is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a remote internship setting.
Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
