Company Description Ingeniuz Lab is a digital services studio that partners with small businesses lacking an in-house tech team, including accommodations, local shops, consultancies, and independent professionals. The team designs and develops custom websites, automates operational processes such as bookings, inventory, and client tracking, and produces content and video for social media. Ingeniuz Lab also writes applications for European funds and mobility programs, providing transparent, written proposals with clear scope, pricing, and deadlines. The studio operates in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with a presence in Tenerife, Seville, and Covilhã, and offers services ranging from web development and automation to AI video production, training, and events.
Role Description As a Commercial Freelance B2B – Digital Services professional at Ingeniuz Lab, you will focus on identifying and approaching small businesses that can benefit from custom digital solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting the studio’s services (web design, operations automation, social media content, AI video, and European project writing), and preparing clear, written commercial proposals. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. This is a contract, commission-based role that is 100% remote, requiring proactive communication with the internal team to align client needs with project delivery.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or commercial roles, ideally within digital services, web development, or marketing environments.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building with small and medium-sized businesses.
Ability to explain technical and digital solutions in clear, business-focused language and to prepare structured, written proposals with scope, pricing, and timelines.
Comfortable working on a commission-based, freelance contract, with the ability to manage own pipeline, schedule, and priorities in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English and/or Portuguese is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with or interest in web design, process automation, social media content, AI video production, and European project funding is an advantage. (Optional)
