Freelance Sales & Partnerships Associate | Short-Term Project (1–2 Months)

At KanoParty, we're making children's party planning easier for parents while helping venues and party professionals grow their businesses.
We're expanding across Greece and looking for a friendly, proactive and results-driven freelance collaborator to help us grow our network of partners!
What you'll be doing
Reach out to children's party venues, soft play centres, activity spaces and other potential partners across Greece.
Make cold calls, introduce KanoParty and build genuine relationships with business owners.
Explain the benefits of joining KanoParty and guide partners through registration, subscription payment and onboarding.
Follow up with interested businesses and convert leads into paying partners.
Maintain organised Excel reports to track leads, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.
Share feedback and insights to help us improve our sales approach.
Who we're looking for
Someone who understands how children's party venues and soft play centres operate, and what parents look for when planning a party.
Ideally a parent, or someone with experience in children's entertainment, family activities or hospitality.
Confident making cold calls and comfortable approaching new businesses.
Friendly, approachable and genuinely good at connecting with people. We value relationships over aggressive sales tactics!
Organised, independent and confident using Excel for lead management and reporting.
Comfortable with technology and patient when guiding business owners through online registration and payments.
Excellent communication skills in Greek.
