Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Transmission Line Construction role based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the execution of transmission line construction projects, including planning daily work schedules, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, monitoring progress against project timelines and budgets, and supporting inspections and quality checks for foundations, tower erection, and stringing. The position requires collaboration with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources at site. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in construction practices and site safety.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Construction and Inspection skills for transmission line works.
Candidates should possess Architecture and related design interpretation skills for infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess Budgeting and cost control skills for project execution.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
Degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience in transmission line or power infrastructure construction, preferably with EPC projects.
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant industry codes.
Ability to work on-site in demanding environments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
