Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Kochi. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural engineering teams, supervising site personnel, monitoring progress against schedules, and resolving technical issues as they arise. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Site Engineer will also communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working at active construction sites.
Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess quality control capabilities, including inspection, testing oversight, and adherence to standards.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Candidates should possess a background as civil engineers or in civil engineering, with understanding of construction methods and materials.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 2-3 years of onsite experience
within the construction or infrastructure sector
