Salesforce Admin & Developer
Remote - Anywhere in India
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and system architecture experience.
Experience Cloud (Communities): Strong background in designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites (Experience Builder, custom LWR/LWC components, audience targeting, user permission sets).
PRM & Channel Knowledge: Experience implementing Salesforce PRM, partner portals, deal registration, and partner-driven renewal/expansion workflows.
Development Skills: Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and complex flow automation.
Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and integrating Salesforce with external product backends/billing engines.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and Approval Processes
Skilled in Salesforce Community Cloud, and AppExchange apps
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce AI / Agentforce Experience: Direct experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or Prompt Builder for automating sales workflows or service management.
MSP / Multi-Product Environments: Prior work in B2B SaaS, Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models, or multi-tenant product ecosystems.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Certified Application / System Architect (Bonus)
