Role Description The Content Creator will develop original, high-quality content tailored to The Rainbow Butterflies’ brand voice and audience across social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scripting content, creating visuals or short videos, writing captions and posts, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The role also involves collaborating with team members on campaigns, collecting feedback, and adjusting content based on performance metrics and audience responses. This is a contract position. It is a hybrid role based in Guwahati, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting content for social media, blogs, or digital campaigns.
Proficiency with common content creation tools (e.g., basic design or video editing software) and familiarity with major social media platforms.
Solid written and spoken communication skills in English; additional language skills relevant to the local audience are an advantage.
Ability to plan and organize content calendars, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback and changing project needs.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Guwahati, collaborating in person as needed and working independently from home.
Prior experience in creative, media, or marketing roles is beneficial but not mandatory; a portfolio or samples of previous work are strongly preferred.
