Role Description The Production Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. This position coordinates production schedules, allocates tasks, and monitors workflow to meet output and quality targets. The role involves supervising team members, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. The Production Team Leader collaborates with operations and management to resolve issues, optimize processes, and minimize downtime. Daily responsibilities also include reporting production metrics, addressing resource needs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities to lead and support production teams.
Candidates should possess Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize schedules, manage workloads, and meet output targets.
Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidates should ideally have experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, with knowledge of production workflows and basic quality control practices.
Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
A relevant diploma or degree in manufacturing, engineering, or operations, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
