TikTok Shop specialist

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Specialist with hands-on experience in creator outreach, affiliate recruitment, incentive strategy, and campaign management. The ideal candidate understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, knows how to identify high-potential creators, and can build profitable affiliate partnerships that generate consistent sales. This role will be responsible for developing and executing creator-led growth strategies, managing affiliate campaigns, optimizing creator performance, and analyzing key metrics to maximize TikTok Shop revenue and return on investment.

Qualifications
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
2–4+ years of experience in TikTok Shop management, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships.
Proven track record of recruiting creators and driving sales through TikTok Shop affiliate programs.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, and creator outreach strategies.
Experience developing affiliate commission structures, creator incentives, and promotional campaigns.
Ability to identify, onboard, and manage high-performing creators and affiliate partnerships.
Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, ROI, and creator activation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, or personal care brands is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with the Client's brand and target audience.
Develop and manage creator outreach strategies to build a strong affiliate network.
Establish and optimize commission structures, incentive programs, and creator partnerships to drive sales.
Plan, execute, and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate product seeding, creator briefs, content deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Build and maintain relationships with high-performing creators to encourage long-term partnerships.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, ROI, and creator activation.
Optimize creator performance, campaign strategies, and affiliate profitability based on data insights.
Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, platform features, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to achieve TikTok Shop revenue and growth targets.
