Regional Vice President

Role Description The Regional Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving growth, client engagement, and operational excellence across an assigned region. This role oversees regional strategy, revenue targets, and service expansion, ensuring alignment with the company’s wellness mission and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and coaching regional teams, building and maintaining key client relationships, and identifying partnership and market development opportunities. The Regional Vice President reviews performance metrics, implements process improvements, collaborates with cross-functional leaders, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality wellness, fitness, and coaching programs. This position also represents the brand in regional events and virtual forums, promoting Figure It Out’s services and values.
Qualifications
Demonstrated regional leadership experience, including managing multi-site or distributed teams and overseeing revenue and growth targets.
Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and market expansion within wellness, fitness, coaching, or related service industries.
Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and partnership building across diverse communities and organizations.
Experience with operational management, performance analysis, and process improvement to ensure efficiency and high service quality.
Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms; ability to lead and motivate teams in a virtual environment.
Knowledge of or interest in wellness, fitness, nutrition, or leadership coaching, with the ability to represent these services credibly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, health sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in leadership or wellness are a plus.
Proven ability to work inclusively with a diverse client base and team members, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and a growth mindset.
