Brand & Graphic Design Intern (Founder's Office)

222lab.in is a design-led creative lab and one of our most passionate projects. We're building real brands from zero — starting with Six Six, a café-by-day, bar-by-night hospitality venture in New Delhi.
The role
You'll work directly with the founder, splitting your time 50/50 between visual/brand design and the founder's office.
What you'll work on
• Brand & visual design: identities, logos, typography, layouts, packaging, and visual systems
• Social & personal brand: reels, concepts, hooks, scripts, and creatives for 222 Lab and the founder
• Marketing creatives: campaign visuals, presentation design, motion and video
• Creative direction: concepts, references, moodboards, visual direction
• Founder's office: research, strategy, content planning, outreach, coordination, execution
• AI & experimentation: using tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Firefly to improve creative workflows
What we're looking for

• Strong visual design fundamentals and a great eye for detail
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual systems
• Creative thinker who learns fast and adapts quickly
• High ownership: thinks, suggests, executes, figures things out
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools
• Figma familiarity is a plus — but please note: this is not a UI/UX or product design role
• A portfolio is required: include a link showing branding, identity, typography, or print/social design work.
