About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Doral, FL. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a combination of education and experience that demonstrates expertise in data analysis and technical proficiency. Candidates should possess:
A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics roles. Alternatively, a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 1+ years, or an associate's degree with 7+ years, or a high school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or other advanced analytical frameworks.
Extensive experience in building enterprise dashboards and visual reports utilizing business intelligence tools.
A strong track record of validating data integrity, performing statistical analysis, and effectively communicating technical findings to stakeholders.
Ability to create, maintain, and communicate comprehensive technical documentation and analytical reports.
Responsibilities
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at supporting operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
Extracting, cleansing, and transforming complex structured and unstructured datasets to support operational analysis and reporting.
Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools tailored for executive leadership and operational teams.
Performing statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend evaluation to identify key operational metrics and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality, and establish data governance standards.
Conducting quality assurance, data reconciliation, and validation audits across enterprise data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintaining technical baselines, analytical documentation, and reporting procedures to facilitate continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing.
