Software Engineer

The Opportunity
Join a collaborative, remote-friendly team delivering bespoke software solutions for a range of high-profile organisations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved across the full software development lifecycle, working in multidisciplinary teams to design, build and deliver high-quality software. You’ll also have the chance to mentor colleagues, influence technical decisions and take ownership of significant pieces of work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking part in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from design through to delivery
Designing and building maintainable, well-structured systems
Working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software
Mentoring colleagues and helping to raise technical standards
Influencing technical decisions
Owning significant pieces of work from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Strong commercial experience in at least one of Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript
A pragmatic, analytical approach to problem-solving
Experience designing and building maintainable, well-structured systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing your skills
