Role Description
The Video Creator is a part-time, volunteer role, working remotely from home to support The Tann Mann Gaadi’s awareness and outreach efforts. Day-to-day tasks include planning and producing short video content that explains the organization’s mission, showcases projects, and highlights the impact on communities. The role involves editing footage, adding motion graphics or visual elements, and preparing videos for online platforms and presentations. The Video Creator collaborates virtually with the core team to align video narratives with campaign goals and brand guidelines, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and suitable for diverse audiences. This is an unpaid voluntary position designed for individuals who wish to contribute creative skills to a social cause.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Multimedia to plan, capture, and structure engaging visual stories.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production to refine raw footage, adjust audio, and prepare content for different digital platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to add simple animations, titles, and visual enhancements that improve viewer engagement.
Familiarity with common video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar) and basic audio editing is beneficial.
Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment are important.
An interest in social impact, public health, or community development, and the willingness to commit consistent time as a volunteer, will be highly valued.
