About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Pioneer Capital connects carefully vetted founders who are actively raising capital with investors who are ready to deploy, eliminating cold introductions and lengthy, inefficient due diligence processes. The firm focuses on curated, high-quality deal flow among participants already engaged in serious conversations. Operating under YP Club, Pioneer Capital backs founders scaling across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The company works primarily in pre-market, invitation-only contexts, offering a selective environment for emerging ventures. This approach provides a streamlined, relationship-driven platform for both founders and investors.
Role Description The Director of Strategic Partnerships is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying, building, and managing high-impact relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners across Pioneer Capital’s core regions. This role includes sourcing and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, structuring collaboration models, and overseeing the partnership pipeline from initial outreach through execution. The Director will lead strategic planning for partnership initiatives, align external relationships with firm objectives, and coordinate closely with internal teams on deal flow, product positioning, and market expansion. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting market and partner research, negotiating and managing partnership agreements, monitoring performance against KPIs, and refining partnership strategies based on data-driven insights. The role also requires representing Pioneer Capital in virtual and in-person events, ensuring a consistent, professional presence in the venture and investment community.
