Role Description The DevOps Engineer role at Accumedic Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Navsari. The person in this role will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable builds, testing, and deployments for healthcare applications. Daily tasks include managing Linux-based systems, monitoring infrastructure and applications, troubleshooting performance and availability issues, and automating operational processes using infrastructure as code practices. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with software developers and system administrators to improve release processes, enhance security and compliance, and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment workflows. This role also involves contributing to scalability, resilience, and observability initiatives across the production and non-production environments.
ROLE: DevOps Engineer Intern
Location: Navsari, Gujarat | Work From Office / Work From Home options available, depending on role requirements and company approval.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Duration: 6 months
Months 1–3 | Training & Evaluation
• Practical learning in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automation, and monitoring
• Mentorship, technical assignments, and performance reviews
Months 4–6 | Paid Internship
• Proposed stipend of ₹5,000 per month for eligible interns
• Greater responsibility in deployment, infrastructure management, and operational support
• Regular technical evaluations and performance feedback
PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
High-performing candidates may be considered for permanent positions based on technical ability, performance, business requirements, and available vacancies.
Selected candidates who join a permanent position may also receive a one-time joining bonus of ₹10,000–₹15,000, subject to the written employment offer and applicable conditions.
The permanent role's CTC will be discussed during the interview process based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
TECHNICAL SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Linux administration and system troubleshooting
• AWS or other cloud platforms
• CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Docker and containerization; Kubernetes knowledge is an advantage
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools
• Scripting with Bash, Python, or other automation languages
• Networking, monitoring, logging, and security fundamentals
• Git, version control, and deployment best practices

Qualifications
Strong system administration skills, particularly with Linux-based environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and practices to automate provisioning, configuration, and environment management.
Background in software development and scripting to build, integrate, and optimize deployment and automation workflows.
Hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools and pipelines to support frequent, reliable releases.
Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and access control in production environments, especially for healthcare or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud or virtualized infrastructure platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and clear written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
