Role Description The Fantasy Football League - Manager at Casper TFG is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the operations and experience of one or more fantasy football leagues. This role includes setting up league structures, drafting rules, scheduling drafts, and ensuring that scoring settings and rosters are correctly configured on the platform. The manager will communicate regularly with league participants, answer questions, resolve disputes, and facilitate trades or rule clarifications in a fair and timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring league activity, updating content such as weekly matchup summaries or announcements, organizing special events or playoffs, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to improve league formats and participant engagement. The manager will also track feedback, report on participation metrics, and recommend changes to enhance the overall fantasy football experience.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills: Ability to oversee league operations, coordinate multiple participants, and manage schedules and rules consistently.
Recreation: Experience in organizing recreational or sports-related activities, especially fantasy sports or similar community events.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for announcements, rule explanations, and participant interaction.
Customer Service and Training: Skills in supporting participants, resolving concerns, and training new members on league platforms and rules.
Additional qualifications: Knowledge of American football and fantasy football formats; comfort working with online league platforms and basic data tracking tools; proven ability to work independently in a remote setting; strong organizational and time management skills.
