About the Opportunity:
The RESERVATIONIST / DISPATCHER / TRAVEL COUNSELOR plays a central role in ensuring a seamless transportation experience for clients. This position manages reservation requests and dispatches drivers efficiently to meet scheduling and service expectations. The role involves advising clients on transportation options, monitoring flight schedules to adjust operations, and maintaining accurate records. It contributes directly to client satisfaction and operational smoothness.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate and dispatch drivers to meet scheduling demands
Advise clients on transportation options, routes, and services
Monitor real-time flight arrivals, delays, and schedule changes
Maintain accurate trip logs, client records, and reservation databases
Communicate proactively with drivers and clients to ensure on-time performance
Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally
Requirements:
Experience in dispatching, reservations, customer service, or transportation coordination preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling or booking software
Familiarity with Warwick, RI area is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional and calm demeanor with commitment to customer satisfaction
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
