About KS Flyash Bricks
KS Flyash Bricks is a fly ash brick manufacturing business based in Kavandapadi, Erode, Tamil Nadu, established in 2023. We supply bricks for residential and commercial construction. We have a working factory and an active Instagram presence, and we are now building our digital marketing and looking for fresh ideas to reach more builders, contractors, and customers.
This is a hands-on internship where your ideas will be put into real use for a real manufacturing business.
What You Will Do
Social media and content
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design graphics in Canva and edit short reels and videos from our factory footage
- Prepare a monthly content calendar for approval
Advertising and local visibility
- Plan ad ideas and prepare ad budgets for approval, then run approved Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (the company provides and approves all ad budgets)
- Explore Facebook Marketplace as a way to reach local buyers, where platform policies permit
- Join and promote in relevant local Facebook business groups
- Help improve our Google Business Profile and local search visibility
Business development and research
- Research competitors and the local construction market
- Identify potential customers such as builders, contractors, construction companies, and building material dealers
- Support lead generation through digital platforms and appropriate outreach
- Bring new ideas for brand awareness and customer inquiries, and help turn the best ones into action
Reporting
- Track engagement, ad results, and customer inquiries
- Share a short progress update every week or two with recommendations
Who Can Apply
Students and recent graduates are welcome, especially from BBA, MBA, B.Com, Digital Marketing, Media, or Visual Communication, though any field is fine if you enjoy social media and creating content. No experience is needed. Basic Canva or video editing is a plus, and English and Tamil are an advantage. Ideas and initiative matter more to us than certificates. Open to students from Erode, Coimbatore, Salem, and nearby areas.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Time commitment: Part-time, flexible and deliverable-based. Suitable for students alongside their studies
- Work mode: Mostly remote, with occasional factory visits in Kavandapadi for filming and coordination, arranged in advance
