Strategy & Operations Intern

Job Description:
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations. The internship takes place in Summer.
Program Highlights:
The company Intern program runs from late May to early August.
Responsibilities:
Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills.
Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with the company’s global executive leadership team, and gain insight into career paths within Strategy & Operations.
The experience culminates at the company's Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, customer experience, or related business functions.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Operations, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate across diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly, apply feedback, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in technology, innovation, and improving customer experiences; familiarity with restaurant operations and experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms preferred.
