Role Description We are looking for a talented AI Video Artist & Prompt Engineer with a strong passion for cinematic storytelling, visual experimentation, and generative artificial intelligence.
Your primary responsibility will be creating high-quality, photorealistic AI-generated videos and images for commercials, branded content, cinematic productions, and creative projects.
We are looking for someone who understands how different generative AI models behave, knows how to write effective prompts for each model, and can combine multiple AI tools into professional production workflows. This is a hands-on creative and technical role. We value practical experience, artistic vision, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Generate cinematic, photorealistic AI videos and images for professional projects.
Write, structure, test, and optimize advanced prompts for different generative AI models.
Adapt prompting techniques to each model's capabilities, limitations, and input requirements.
Create visually consistent characters, environments, objects, and scenes across multiple generations.
Develop character sheets, object references, storyboards, shot sequences, and visual concepts.
Work with text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video, and multimodal generation workflows.
Build and manage complex node-based workflows using AI canvas software.
Perform AI video upscaling, enhancement, restoration, and quality optimization.
Understand and refine cinematography, lighting, composition, camera movement, motion realism, and visual continuity.
Identify and correct AI generation artifacts, inconsistencies, and unwanted visual elements.
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and developers to achieve production-ready results.
Document effective prompts, workflows, and techniques for internal use.
Test emerging AI models and contribute creative feedback to our proprietary AXIA software.
AI Models & Prompt Engineering
Hands-on experience with leading AI generation models, including:
Video: Seedance 2.0 Omni, Seedance 2.5, Kling AI, Kling Omni, and similar models.
Image: Nano Banana, OpenAI image models, FLUX, and other generative tools.
Strong understanding of advanced prompting, reference-based generation, character consistency, cinematic camera movements, and model-specific workflows.
Node-Based AI Workflows
Experience with node-based canvas tools such as ComfyUI, Weavy, Flora AI, or similar platforms.
Ability to connect AI models, organize references, build efficient workflows, and manage image and video generation pipelines.
AI Upscaling & Enhancement
Knowledge of AI video and image upscaling, detail enhancement, artifact removal, and temporal consistency.
Experience with Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is highly valued.
Cinematography & Visual Quality
Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, camera movement, realistic motion, visual continuity, and storytelling.
Ability to produce photorealistic, commercial-quality AI content.
