About the Job
Experience in mobile application product management is required. Healthcare technology, digital health, or patient-facing application experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have hands-on experience managing mobile product features and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality iOS and Android experiences.
Why PsychPlus?
The current delivery model for mental health care is broken in this country. At PsychPlus, we set out on a mission to reimagine how mental health care is delivered to every American. Our goal is to provide a digital-first, modern approach to psychiatry and therapy that makes care more accessible, affordable, and convenient.
We provide care both in person at our offices across Texas and virtually, giving patients greater flexibility in how they access mental health services. By combining exceptional clinical care with best-in-class technology, we are building an integrated care experience designed around the needs of patients and providers.
Our digital products play an important role in this mission. From helping patients navigate their care journey to making appointments, accessing relevant services, and engaging with their care teams, we believe technology should make getting mental health care easier—not more complicated.
Join us in building intuitive, reliable, and patient-centered mobile experiences that help remove barriers to care and support our mission of making quality mental health services accessible to everyone.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Owner – Mobile Applications to own the roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery of PsychPlus's mobile application experiences. In this role, you will help shape how patients interact with PsychPlus through mobile technology, making it easier for them to access services, manage appointments, navigate their care journey, and engage with the platform.
You will work closely with mobile engineering, UX/UI design, QA, product leadership, clinical operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, scalable, and reliable mobile solutions.
From onboarding and registration to appointment scheduling, reminders, virtual care access, and ongoing patient engagement, you will help optimize the end-to-end mobile experience. You will also drive improvements based on user feedback, product analytics, usability insights, and evolving business priorities.
The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership skills with a deep understanding of mobile application development, user experience, and Agile delivery. Experience in healthcare technology, telehealth, or patient-facing digital platforms is a strong advantage, particularly for candidates who understand the importance of privacy, reliability, accessibility, and trust in healthcare applications.
If you’re passionate about building impactful mobile products and using technology to make mental health care more accessible, we’d love to meet you.
